Barcelona return to La Liga action as they get set to take on Levante at Estadio Ciutat de Valencia later tonight. Having failed to secure a victory in midweek in Europe, the Blaugrana will be keen on bouncing back to winning ways.
Manager Xavi Hernandez has made four changes to the lineup that started against Eintracht Frankfurt for the La Liga encounter. The first of these changes comes in defence, where Dani Alves is back into the starting XI.
The veteran slots in at right-back, allowing Ronald Araujo to move into the heart of the Barça defence, filling in for the injured Gerard Pique. Eric Garcia and Jordi Alba keep their places in the side, while Marc-Andre ter Stegen continues in goal.
There are a couple of key changes in the middle of the park as Frenkie de Jong returns to the team in place of in-form prodigy Pedri. Gavi also drops out to the bench with Nico Gonzalez getting a rare start in La Liga. Sergio Busquets will be the third midfielder for the visitors.
Finally, the fourth and final change sees Ousmane Dembele getting reinstated to the lineup on the right-wing at the expense of Adama Traore. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ferran Torres complete the Barcelona frontline against Levante.
